The Students of Grade VI to Grade IX were taken to The French Loaf, a French cafe on 11th March 2016 to make learning more interesting by exploring French Cuisine. Students learnt that there is a distinctive culture of French food that is undeniable. Students had also researched on how to make croissants and macrons. This was informative to understand that though French dishes are known for their complex, and rich flavors, most French people eat bread, and cheese daily. Students too had done a survey on their own so they were aware about FRANCE being famous for its cheese bread, crepes and chocolate mousse. Students thoroughly enjoyed the trip and relished the food served there. It was an enlightening and enjoyable experience for all.
